Here's what you can expect when we work together!

1. FILL OUT YOUR INTAKE FORMS

To get started, you’ll complete in-depth intake forms that give me a full picture of your lifestyle, health history, symptoms, and goals.

2. COMPLETE FUNTIONAL LAB TESTING

Based on your needs, I’ll recommend targeted functional lab tests like the GI-MAP, DUTCH Test, food sensitivity panels, or advanced blood work. These help us uncover hidden stressors and get to the root of what’s going on.

3. REVIEW YOUR RESULTS

Once your results are in, we’ll walk through them together. I’ll explain everything in a way that makes sense and connects your symptoms to what’s happening in your body. This step is often the biggest “aha!” moment for clients.

4. IMPLEMENT YOUR INDIVIDUALIZED PROTOCOL

You’ll receive a customized plan that includes nutrition support, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle changes tailored to your needs. The goal is to restore balance and help you feel energized, empowered, and in control of your health.

5. GET ONGOING SUPPORT

Healing takes time, which is why we stay connected. We’ll have regular bi-weekly or monthly check-ins, along with consistent messaging between sessions to keep you on track, adjust as needed, and celebrate your progress.
